DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
Deep Tissue means working deeply into muscles and connective tissue called Fascia to release chronic aches and adhesions. Fascial restriction can lead to muscle imbalances, less flexibility, nerve compression, and highly energy consuming movement and posture by pulling the body out of alignment. Myofascial release techniques supplement training to increase range of motion, restore the normal quality of motion, and the body’s ability to absorb shock. Functional training method incorporating three dimensional training methods by strengthening and stretching muscles in all three planes of motion by training movement patterns to develop an agile balanced strong body.
Medical Massage uses basic Swedish Massage techniques geared for the treatment of specific medical conditions or ailments such as neck, shoulder and back pain, TMJ, migraines and muscle and tendon sprains.
Sports Massage involves less intense pressure and much more stretching to help athletes obtain maximum performance and physical conditioning by increasing power, endurance and mobility while relieving muscular spasms and fatigue related injuries.
